Fred has advised the senior management of middle-market industrial, technology and distribution companies for more than 35 years. His areas of expertise include all phases of corporate, production and marketing strategy; organizational development and candidate evaluation; business planning; and evaluation of investment and acquisition alternatives. His client relationships typically are long term, with many spanning more than 10 years.
Fred started his consulting career with Boston Consulting Group, a leading corporate-strategy consulting firm. He worked for BCG for 9 years in Boston and Munich, Germany, consulting to a wide range of manufacturing clients.
He received a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, and an M.S. in Accounting, with distinction, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Fred was the recipient of the Haskin & Sells Award for excellence in accounting. He graduated from Harvard Law School, cum laude, and is a member of the bar in New York State and New Jersey.
Fred has served as a Director and Trustee of a number of privately-held and not-for-profit companies. He is married with two daughters and is an ardent Red Sox and Patriots fan.
